I am just seeing these videos. Great Stuff. My husband Anthony Latimer started watching your videos and it has already changed how we do business drastically. We are always looking for ways to learn and you are so easy to listen to. Thank you.

This is definitely the best roofing advice video that I have watched. I’m so grateful for this man to share his knowledge and wisdom to us. I wonder if he has a book on this topic

Me and my husband just started our roofing company and we would like to thank you for all the valuable information! We have no money but know this is going to work! I can’t wait to see where we are in a year from now, following your advice. We’re also going to pay for your classes once we can get extra cash flow.. THANKS for being an honest, respectable guy. An inspiration for sure!

I started my own roofing company this year. After 3yrs as a GM at another company.

I hustle daily, my guys door knock daily, I preach consistency, I upgrade roof systems, make it personable, show we care, budget bills, work daily like we are broke.

Results: 12mil in sales in 9 months. 6 mil the first 6. Had an install everyday since March 22nd. I knock daily and lead by example. If I’m working everyday and hustling. So should everyone as well.

I’d add that a good contract template would be a good start. No one sane is willing to sign a contract written on the back of a napkin. I’ve been coming across roofing contractors who have scary contracts that don’t offer protections for the client.

I’m telling you I truly am a dinosaur! It is so difficult for me to not only learn about the computer but printer, JobNimbus, CompanyCam and QuickBooks and shoot even how to manage my emails! Totally overwhelming. LOL. I get all my business from referrals but I certainly don’t want to settle for that. I have desire and drive to learn.

Man I love your videos. I’ve been in the roofing industry for 20+ yrs. I’m currently working for a chimney/roofing company. They don’t really have much roofing value but expect top tier roofing pricing. 500$ sq. And of course not closing any jobs in our area. Average in our area is apx 300$ sq @ big roofing companies with roofing value behind them. I have been researching shingle coating and would love to hear your opinion. It has had issues in the past but the technology has come a long way. It has gained a lot of traction because of the huge rise in asphalt and metal cost over the last 15yrs. Some of the manufacturers I’ve looked in to are roof mastic, nutech, and roof mate.
