The Worst Roofing Job Ever! This Tops Anything I have Seen in 25 Years of Roofing

The Worst Roofing Job I have Ever Seen in 25 Years of Repairing Roofs and Roof Inspections.

We do professional roof inspection for home owners who are in the process of buyinig a new home and sometimes we get a call from a client who is in the middle of having their roof done or their new roof was just completed and they want to make sure that they are getting the type of roofing job they are paying.

This customer was getting pressured by the roofer to make the final payment and he just wasn't sure that the quality of the roofing was up to par.

He wanted to have the piece of mind of getting the roofing job professionally inspected BEFORE making that final payment to the roofer.

And, that was the best decision he could have made. The customer had inform me of a few red flags he was aware of that happened during the initial install.

Even the roofer he choose was highly referred and had a lot of good reviews he saw on the internet he still needed us to make sure he didn't get ripped off.

I hope this never happens to anyone else.

I’m only 4 years in roofing and I can not believe that in finished cove…But honestly it had to of been a budget joe bc I wouldn’t have accepted the complex job for 20,000; looks more like a 25-30 grand job tbh but I don’t know the exact dimensions

That isn’t the worst roofing job I’ve ever seen. In Long Beach ,California we where hired 2 remodel an apartment building inside and out. Turns out that whoever supposedly replaced the entite roof years ago didn’t. They just painted the entire shingles/roof 2 make it look brand new. My boss discovered the problem , owners where shocked, those ppl are long gone. They made atleast an easy 10k plus. People just dont seem 2 take pride anymore.

Many are confused to think the 20k has to do with what labor rates are paid. 20k is what the company charged. But they obviously don’t pay their workers enough to have them care about the quality of work they perform. And the company was probably the lowest bidder!

Ketchup Ash too expensive my friend. These dude charge per square foot, and it depends on the houses size, height and what they have to remove. It’s hard to tell through this video. I just said 20k since it’s a standard charge for a regular house. Seems like this one has more complex things going on. I would just hire a friend who knows the trade and buy the material yourself. You would save a lot more money that way. But my guess would be 30-45k on this job. Roofing is just not cheap…

@West Coast Roofer – Roofing and Roof Repair don’t let anything go. They would’ve had a hard time with the messed up design of that roof but that doesn’t excuse the crap workmanship.

West Coast Roofer – Roofing and Roof Repair …everything about that roof was so bad, it made me cringe the whole time I watched the video! I was seeing everything wrong before you pointed it out! The homemade ridge cap was the least of their worries. I hope they get it fixed quick, because that roof is gonna leak all over the place, not to mention it looks like HELL!

Why hello there sir, I must ask thee of a question that we, us human beings, inquire. This inquiry is a common one, with what one would call a fan base, or, the group of humans that like your content in particular, this question is exceptionally intruiging, well, it isn’t much of an inquiry, more like the start of one. We ask, but, why, human being that associates himself with two famous video game characters, Mario, and Protoman, from Super Mario Bros. and Mega Man, respectively.
