I’ve been waiting for this collaboration! I’ve been following her for some time now. I got level one xactimate certified back in 2012. I don’t think she was on YouTube yet. She showed up on the scene in 2015 or 16’ maybe?
We have been trying to get together for years too
😄 I started putting out RSM content in 2014! Glad you enjoyed the interview, Derrick. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for all the great YouTube content you both put out, I learn a ton nibbling around the edges. Without this basic knowledge I would be so much further behind than I am. I know I would get my money’s worth with one of Becca’s programs, or other educational programs, but just never pulled the trigger. I even talked to Becca about her program my first week on the job last summer and was sold, and then I got slammed with work and could barely keep my head above water. Coming from a salaried job for 15+ years there is just so much that is unknown about the seasonality of the income and how to budget, especially when you have a family, mortgages, etc. Spending money on anything besides gas is difficult for me. Keep up your hard work…it helps us green horns more than you’ll ever know!
thank you for your support!
Glad you dig the content, Matt – One thing I’ve found to be helpful in implementation is literally scheduling a small window of time into my day where I will do it. That might be in the evening for 30 minutes or first thing in the morning.
She’s sharp ! I like the 17 min about contractor and home owners! They have to be in the same team . Great video !! Thank you 🙏
That’s the key!!! Home owner and contractor must work together
Glad you like it Dariusz
Definitely intrigued and looking to hear more. I think we will start to outsource our supplements. Not finishing courses has to do with time. Delegation is so important but as a small business and just starting out having time to do everything needed to keep the company going is an insanely large task and time is hard to come by.
I’ve watched many of her videos and this interview has a lot that helps explain to me about her and her business. Seems legit!
delegation is the key to scale
Check out CSS here, Jason –> https://roofsalesmastery.com/outsourcing-supplements-for-roofers-insurance-claims/ – hope that helps you get started!
Thank you for every interview you do and the time you put into it. I always pick up something that I can use or think about in a different perspective. Kudos
Thanks Brian! Have we met? Tell me something about what you do? Dmitry
Dmitry, I love your content. I always learn so much. Thank you for adding value to our industry!
Thank you for support brother!!! Love what I do, gives me opportunity to learn to and to live my dream life as well!
Thanks for having Becca on here, I really love her knowledge and energy. God awarded we with an extra dose of ADHD and it’s very difficult to follow most people on You Tube Channels because they can’t deliver content and cut to the damn chase. You and her both deliver and that’s why your so successful because most contractors have this also. When Becca mentioned that people were coming to her at the first seminar is a great example of what I’m talking about. Keep the great info coming, I love Roofing Insights.
God awarded me with extra dose of ADHD 😂😂😂😂
Thank you for the great feedback, Jim and I’m really happy you dig my teaching style and content. 🙂
@Dmitry Lipinskiy ^^^ Let’s choose Mr. Jim White 🙂
Purchased 1 of Becca’s courses a few months back. Tons of info and I still haven’t completed it yet. Kind of cherry picking from the lessons included in “Advanced Sales & Supplement Training Program” My favorite part of this section is the email approach to supplements. Completely eliminated the back and forth arguments with the adjusters for supplements. Thank you both for taking the time to make this!
Thank you for sharing!
My biggest obstacles would be time and money. My husband and i just started our business and there are only 3 of us right now a family business. The business became official yesterday and now in trying my hardest to learn all the tricks to the trade. My husband and his cousin have been roofing together for 5 years under the table and we have finally taken that big step. Dmitry again thank you for the videos, my husband is Mexican first generation immigrant and your accent helps him understand your videos.
What state is your business at?
I watched Beccas videos early in my first year. Her data was the catalyst for my exponential growth in this industry! Invest in yourself and get great !
Great interview – don’t agree with everything shared, but good information!
Another excellent video. I am licensed public adjuster in Michigan and 3 other states with 10 years experience. Still learning how to overcome insurance tricks to not pay legitimate claims and missed Xactimate line items. Keep learning. Elena Wilson Xmate Mastery is the Best!
She’s exactly right! Word for word! I’ve been an IA for 17 years.
I got to this channel because my neighbor is doing a roof claim. His troubles got me thinking. I got to this video because I am in sales and a corporate trainer. Becca nails the reason what it takes to win at ANY sales. Everyone needs a beneficial/value reason to play on the same team. Everyone needs to win. When followed up with communication and a goal, how can you not win.
We do great at door knocking, leads from the internet, getting on roofs and supplementing. Where we fall down is getting clients to sign contracts. Our guys are putting a lot of emphasis on the inspection being no cost on obligation. Then we get months down the road and the client gets other bids despite us warning them that the most expensive roof is the cheap one that leaks.
Thanks for support us!!! Appreciate you!
Will definitely sign up for courses thanks to both of you
Wow wow wow. Thank God for both of you 😭😭😭I don’t even have words. Blown away. So helpful.
I love your roof info, it’s greatness!
Becca is amazing!!.. she has taken the time to talk and answer questions anytime I have had one.. Very approachable, besides knowledgeable.. She has Red Bull on the veins and its contagious.
Great interview. Most of the paid programs seem to hold back information. They hit on some big points which gives anybody listening what they think they have been missing out on from past experiences. If the course gives the know how its worth it, most dont.
