    Agreed..
    I fired a roofer because he would take 3 days to return a phone call prior to the job…wondering how long will he take to return my call AFTER the job, Also, never was concerned about my concerns such as putting up shingles in the middle of winter in 15 degree weathe….he thought I didnt do research..LESSON TO CONTRACTORS…some homeowners are educated and did their research…Fired before I even signed anything.

    I watched the documentary a few days ago on LTPF. Great observations Dmitri.
    I was also struck by the focus on the sales guys, and not the crews doing the work.
    For most homeowners, their house is the largest asset they own.
    Our job is to help them improve that asset on every project, no matter how big or small.

      Numbers don’t lie. Those who think Sales are everything are usually sales coaches or sales people. Production manager will say construction is production driven organization. One needs another.

      @Dmitry Lipinskiy those are good points but isn’t sales all about numbers? TBH the owner of my company is happy to let me sell jobs for a loss to try and drum up business, but I can’t bring myself to do it and I think it’s a dangerous tactic

    These videos of the Able failure are not very specific on the post sales process and production issues that caused their collapse. Able seems to be using these explanation videos to promote their new Media Co. and Conference Seminar business. Able failed so now they’re qualified to teach you how to succeed? How does that calculate?

    If you have a mind set that all your workers are replaceable your basically saying you don’t care for them so there for your quality of work must be bad you have a bad mind set I’m surprised you still have people working for you
